Inventory reduction casserole: Mix all of the spare cans of stuff that won't go away (cream of whatever soup, salsa, etc.), add any vegetables threatening to go bad, add cooked and shredded chicken, add cheese, bake for a while. If there's almost expired sour cream, it can go in too. Looks like someone barfed in your bowl, but tastes really good.
