Most Summers, we pick a day where we dress just a tad bit better, bring out the good camera and the remote for it, and try to take one or two pictures that are good enough to frame. The trick to doing that is to take about 10,000 pictures and pare it down from there. They aren't the best this year. The tide was low, and we couldn't get to the spot we wanted. And the late afternoon sun was brutal. But here are the best of what we got. All of this was in about a half hour stretch.
